What is Tyger Gallery, and what do you offer?

Tyger Gallery is a commercial art gallery located in Yass, New South Wales, as well as an online store. We are a social enterprise art gallery - that means we exist to support and develop the careers of artists and build our community, instead of for the financial benefit of an owner or shareholders. When is the gallery open?

We’re open online all the time! The gallery space in Yass is open Thursday to Sunday, plus most public holidays. Thursday and Friday is 11-2pm, Saturday is 10-3pm, and Sunday is 11-3pm.

I can’t get there at those times, can you help?

Yes! Tyger is run by people who live in Yass, so we’re usually not faraway from the gallery even when it’s closed. If you’d like to have a look at a specific work, or want to see an exhibition outside of our usual opening hours, give us a call on 0466 243 684. We’ll be happy to accommodate you, if we can.

How can I place an order online?

To place an order, simply browse our website and select the products you like. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to provide shipping and payment information to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay using PayPal for added convenience. On top of that you can pay via Afterpay, or through Art Money.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, select the ‘International Shipping’ option. Once you’ve paid, we’ll contact you by email to arrange shipping quotes and organise delivery. It’s super easy. Please note that international shipping fees and delivery times may vary.

How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the products you order. But we’ll get your purchase to you as quickly as we can.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery of your package.

Do you offer custom framing services?

We work closely with the very excellent Yass Valley Framing to assist with customers that may want a work framed.
