Jennifer is an oil painter working on Naarm/Melbourne.

Her paintings explore and process yearnings for people and times past, whilst anchoring her in the present. Gentle moments of contemplation are captured in her paintings, combining quiet observation and feelings. Whether still life or landscape, emotions are enmeshed.

Using oil on board, she works to capture what she sees and feels, or perhaps remembers.

She taught art in Secondary schools and later to adults with intellectual disabilities, before taking time to work on her own art practice.
